Team Bad Medicine has done it again! We only took 3rd place in the Tuna tournament that was held last Saturday December 3rd here in Cabo, but we caught an amazing Yellowfin Tuna weighing 208 lbs.
The fish hit an artificial flying fish that we pulled under a kite. We are just learning about kite fishing, but we are getting pretty good at it! We caught 5 fish over 85 lbs while fishing a monster school of Tuna out on the Pacific. The largest fish of the tournament was 287 lbs and was caught while fishing right next to us in the same school. Very exciting and if you have never seen a 200 lb Yellowfin fly out of the water and inhale a flying fish skipping over the surface, you need to get that on your list! It will rattle even the most seasoned fisherman…. and about gave me a heart attack!
